氟比洛芬酯在老年患者全麻术后气管拔管时的应用

目的：探讨氟比洛芬酯对老年患者全麻术后气管拔管期间应激反应的影响。方法：60例行全麻老年患者，随机均分为A组：手术结束前20分钟静脉注射生理盐水10ml；B组：手术结束前20分钟静脉注射氟比洛芬酯50mg。记录停用麻醉药（T1）、手术结束即刻（T2）、拔管即刻（T3）、拔管后5分钟（T4）、拔管后10分钟（T5）时的收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、心率（HR），观察清醒时间，拔管时间，并在拔管后15分钟对患者的镇静和疼痛程度进行评估。结果：与T1比较，两组患者T3时刻血压、心率明显升高，并且A组比B组升高更加明显；A组在拔管后T4、T5点血压、心率仍高于T1点，而B组无明显差异；拔管后15分钟患者的镇静和疼痛程度有着明显的差异。结论：麻醉结束前静脉注射氟比洛芬酯可以明显降低全麻后气管拔管期间的应激反应，并且不延迟患者的苏醒。

Application of Flurbiprofen on Gerontal Patient under General Aanaesthesia after Operation Completion

Objective The effect of injecting flurbiprofen about depressing the stress reaction of gerontal patient under general anaesthesia after operation completion was studied. Method Sixty gerontal patients scheduled for general anaesthesia were randomly divided into two groups： A group（inject 0.9% NaCl at 20 minutes before completing operation）, B group（inject flurbiprofen 20 minutes before completing operation）. The SBP, DBP, HR were recorded at stopping using anesthetic（T1）, at the moment of completing operation （T2） and extubing （T3）, at 5 minutes （T4）,10minutes （T5） after extubing. The time of awaking and extubing were observed. The conscious-sedation and ache of patients at 15minutes after extubing were evaluated. Results The blood pressure and HR at T3 were higher than at T1, A group was more obvious the B group; A group.s blood pressure and HR at T4, T5 were higher than at T1,but B group＇s were not obvious; The two group＇s conscious-sedation and ache were obviously difference. Conclusion Intravenous injection of flurbiprofen can attenuate the stress reaction of gerontal patient under general anaesthesia after operation completion, but not delay patient＇ s palinesthesia.
