摘    要:目的探讨CT测量气胸肺压缩程度的计算方法并评价其准确性。方法通过穿刺胸膜腔建立6只新西兰兔人工气胸模型,分次从穿刺管注入10ml,25ml,40ml空气后,同时行胸部CT平扫和X线摄影检查。CT片采用棱台的体积计算公式、X线胸片分别采用面积测量法和线段估算法计算求出肺压缩比值,对所得数据进行统计学处理和分析。结果CT体积计算法与X线胸片面积测量法和线段估算法计算的肺压缩比值进行组间比较,结果有统计学差异,(P<0.05)理论计算值与CT实测值无显著性差异(P<0.05),两者有高度相关性(左肺r=0.898,P<0.001;右肺r=0.919,P<0.001)。结论CT体积计算法比X线胸片面积测量法和线段估算法测量结果更准确,更能反映实际情况。因此更具科学性和临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the accuracy of the degree of collapsed lung after pneumothorax with CT(computer tomography)measured way.Methods 6 rabbits were employed in making up model of pneumothorax by thoracocentesis. Chest were scanned by CT and taken xeroradiograph after different air volume(10ml,25ml,40ml) were injected to the thorax. The degree of collapsed lung were measured with CT and X- ray wayes. Statistical analytics was made according to the datas of CT and X-ray. Results There was significant difference of lung compression degree in pneumotho- rax between measured with CT and X-ray wayes. (P <0.05) A good correlation (left lung: r = 0.898, P <0.001; right lung: r = 0.919, P <0.001) between theoretical calculus and actual measured with CT of degree of collapsed lung was observed. The two results showed no significant difference.(P >0.05) Conclusion There were more scientific, more correct, more trusty and more useful in clinic with CT waythan X-ray ways by measured the degree of pressure on lung.
