电热针治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察

目的:寻找提高治疗老年性膝骨关节炎临床疗效的方法.方法:将65例患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例,用电热针针刺犊鼻、内膝眼、阳陵泉、阴陵泉;对照组30例,采用单纯针刺治疗,穴位同治疗组.两组均隔日治疗1次,以10次为一疗程,经2个疗程治疗后,比较疗效结果.结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01).结论:电热针治疗老年性膝骨关节炎有较好的临床疗效,并且优于单纯针刺治疗.

Clinical observation on electric heat needle therapy for treatment of gonarthritis

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of electric heat needle therapy on senile gonarthritis. Methods Sixty-five patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group of 35 cases were treated by electric heat needling at Dubi (ST 35), Neixiyang (EX-LE 4), Yanglingquan (GB 34) and Yinlingquan (SP 9), and the control group of 30 cases by simple acupuncture at the same acupoints as in the treatment group. In the two groups, the treatment was given once every other day, 10 sessions constituting one therapeutic course. After treatment of 2 courses, their therapeutic effects were compared. Results There was a very significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate (P<0.01). Conclusion Electric heat needle therapy has a better clinical therapeutic effect on senile gonarthritis, better than simple acupuncture therapy.
