丝塔芙润肤露联合蓝科肤宁治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

目的 观察蓝科肤宁联合丝塔芙润肤露治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效.方法 将239例患者随机分为2组,治疗期间所有患者均停用糖皮质激素,禁食辛辣刺激性食物,防晒,避免热水刺激.治疗组119例采用蓝科肤宁湿敷,20 min/次,2次/d,疗程4周,配合使用丝塔芙润肤露外搽.对照组120例单用蓝科肤宁湿敷,20 min/次,2次/d,疗程4周.治疗结束后进行两组疗效对比.结果 2组患者的症状、体征均有不同程度好转.治疗组有效率为97.48％,对照组有效率为83.33％,治疗组有效率优于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 蓝科肤宁联合丝塔芙润肤露治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效好,患者依从性好,不良反应轻微且可耐受,改善症状优于单用蓝科肤宁.

Clinical Observation of Velvetfeeling Combined with Cetaphil Lotion in Treatment of Facial Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of velvetfeeling and Cetaphil lotion in the treatment of facial cortlcosterold addictive dermatitis. Methods 239 patients were allocated into two groups randomly. One group was treated with velvetfeeling and Cetaphil lotion twice a day, the other group was treated with Velvetfeeling only twice a day. The total course of treatment was four weeks. The effect of the treatment were compared. Results After the treatment ,the symptoms of the patients in both groups were alleviated obviously. There was significant difference of the therapeutic effect between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Velvetfeeling and Cetaphil is better in treating facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis.
