无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺部疾病急性发作的效果观察

摘    要:目的:探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺部疾病急性发作的临床效果。方法选择患者80例分为两组,各40例,观察组在患者急性发作时使用无创呼吸机辅助呼吸,对照组通过鼻导管吸氧处理,比较两组治疗后24 h血气分析结果,统计两组治疗后1个月的预后情况。结果观察组治疗后pH、PaO2高于对照组(P〈0.05),PaCO2低于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组好转出院发生率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),死亡率显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论使用无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺部疾病急性发作患者,相对于鼻导管给氧能显著改善患者血气分析结果,改善患者预后,降低死亡率。

Effect observation of non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbation

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbation. Methods 80 cases were selected and divided into two groups,each group of 40 cases, non-invasive mechanical ventilation was used in observation group,nasal cannula oxygen was used in control group.24 hours blood gas analysis result in two groups after treatment was compared,and prognosis after treatment of one month was counted. Results After treatment,pH and PaO2 in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively (P〈0.05),PaCO2 in observation group was lower than that in control group (P〈0.05).The incidence rate of improvment and discharge in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05),mortality rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with nasal cannula oxygen,non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of acute chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbation can signif-icantly improve the result of blood gas analysis and outcome,reduce mortality rate.
