| 摘 要： | 马钱子毒性较大、治疗窗窄,半衰期短,临床上较少用于汤剂,多用于丸、散剂,限制了马钱子的广泛使用。随着透皮给药系统、微囊与微球、脂质体及纳米制剂的不断研究,马钱子新剂型不断涌现,弥补了马钱子的不足。目前,马钱子新型制剂的研究主要有：涂膜剂、喷雾剂、微乳、贴膏剂、凝胶剂、超微粉、微囊、囊泡、脂质体、纳米制剂等。

| Abstract: | Semen strychni have bigger toxicity, few approaches of treatment and short half-life, thus less for using as decoc- tion in clinical. Usually used as pills and powder, this limits the widespread use of semen strychni. With the continuous de- velopment of transdermal drug delivery systems, microencapsulated, microspheres, liposomes and nano-formulations, semen strychni will have broad application prospects and make up for the inadequacy of it. At present, the new preparations of semen strychni are： coating agent, spray agent, micro-emulsified, emplastrum, gel, ultrafine powder, liposome and nano preparation etc. |
