| 摘 要： | 目的探讨补肾健骨汤对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果。方法将92例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者随机分组进行临床分析,对照组46例,于手法复位或手术治疗后给予迪巧和维生素D进行口服,治疗组46例,在对照组基础上加服补肾健骨汤（熟地黄、山药、山茱萸、淫羊藿等）进行治疗,6个月后进行骨密度和疗效评价。结果治疗组骨密度上升明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组总有效率为95.7%,对照组为87.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论补肾健骨汤可明显增加患者的骨密度,有效缓解骨折所导致的胸腰部疼痛、局部畸形及活动受限程度,改善临床症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Jiangu Decoction on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods 92 cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures patients in our hospital were randomized to do the clinical analysis.46 cases in control group were given cellulose D and Di Qiao orally after reset or surgical treatment techniques. 46 cases in treatment group were given additional Bushen Jiangu Decoction （Prepared rehmannia root, yam, Cornus officinalis, Herba Epimedii etc. ） based on control group. The bone density and efficacy were evaluated after six months. Results The increase in bone mineral density of treatment group was more significant than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rates were 95.7% （treatment group） and 87.0% （control group）. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Bushen Jiangu Decoction can significantly increase bone density, effectively relieve the chest and back pain, deformity and the limitation degree of physical activity caused by fractures and improve clinical effect.
