| 摘 要： | 黄褐斑是多发于颜面部的色素沉着性皮肤病,本病总因脏腑功能失调、面部气血失和所致。中医外治法对于本病的治疗优势明显,针刺及穴位注射、刺络放血等可以调和阴阳,疏通面部气血运行;面部按摩可使面部气血经络畅通,改善面部肌肤营养状况,与药物相比其疗效持久,避免针刺与服药的痛苦;外敷面膜可以改善面部皮肤营养代谢,对抗和清除氧自由基;综合外治法,可发挥多种功效,达到清除黄褐斑之目的。

| Abstract: | Chloasma is a kind of common and multiple in facial pigmentation of skin disease. This disease always caused by a viscera dysfunction, facial blood estrangement. External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of the disease obvious advantages, acupuncture and aeupoint injection, facial massage, thorn bloodletting winding can harmonize Yin and Yang, dredge facial blood running, apply face mask can improve facial skin nutrition metabolization, confrontation and e- liminate oxygen free radicals, and comprehensive treatment, can achieve the goal of removing chloasina. |
