早期康复介入对脊髓损伤患者膀胱肠道功能的影响

目的观察早期康复介入对脊髓损伤患者膀胱肠道功能的影响。方法将100例患者随机分为2组,各50例,对照组给予常规药物及常规协助排便措施治疗,康复组在对照组的基础上接受早期康复介入。2组均治疗2个月后对患者膀胱容量、残余尿量、实验室检测结果、便秘、腹胀、自主排便、排便次数等指标进行比较。结果 2组患者的膀胱容量、残余尿量、24 h尿沉渣检查白细胞计数≥10个/高倍镜等指标变化比较,康复组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组便秘、腹胀、自主排便、排便次数改善比较,康复组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论早期康复介入能有效改善脊髓损伤患者的膀胱、肠道功能,提高患者生存质量。

Early rehabilitation on bladder and bowel function of patients with spinal cord injury

Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation on bladder and bowel function of patients with spinal cord injury. Methods 100 patients were divided into two groups, each 50 cases. The conventional group received conventional drugs and conventional help defecation measures. The rehabilitation group received early rehabilitation treatment on the basis of conventional group. After two months of treatment, bladder capacity, residual urine volume, laboratory examination resuhs on stipation, abdominal distension, independent defecation, defecation times of two groups were compared with each other. Results Between two groups, there were significant differences in bladder capacity, residual urine volume, 24 h urinary sed- iment white blood cell count≥ 10 cases （P 〈 0.05）.At the same time,there were significant differences in number of constipation, abdominal distension, independent defecation, defecation frequency （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation has certain curative effect on bladder and bowel function recovery of patients with spinal cord injury.
