| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定安神补脑液中维生素B1的含量方法。方法采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法（HPLC-ELSD）。色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,流动相为13 mmol/L乙酸铵（用乙酸调至pH5.2）-乙腈（95∶5）,流速为0.3 mL/min;蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度为115℃,雾化气体为空气或氮气,气体流速为2.8 L/min。结果维生素Bl的进样量在1.008~5.04μg范围内,其峰面积的自然对数与进样量的自然对数具有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 3）,平均回收率为97.969%,RSD=1.26%（n=5）。结论该方法灵敏、准确,可用于安神补脑液中维生素B1含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a method for the content determination of Vitamin B1 in Nerves Brain Fluid. Methods HPLC-ELSD was adopted. The detennination was performed on octadecyl silane bonded silica as filler with mobile phase of 13 mm ammonium acetate （with acetic acid to PH5.2）-acetonitrile （95：5） at the flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. The drift tube temperature of ELSD detector was 115 ℃. Atomization for air or nitrogen gas, gas flow rate of 2.8 L/rain. Results The lin- ear rang of vitamin B1 was 1. 008-5.04μg（ r = 0. 999 3） with an average recovery of 97.969 %, RSD=1.26（ n = 5）. Con- clusion The method is sensitive, accurate and suitable for content detennination of vitamin B1 in Nerves Brain Fluid. |
