水针治疗勃起功能障碍

目的探讨水针治疗勃起功能障碍（ED）的临床疗效。方法选用ED患者98例,随机分成水针加针灸加中药组（A组）49例,针灸加中药组（B组）49例,依据勃起功能国际问卷表5记录治疗前后各项问题得分数进行疗效评估。结果 1-3个月治疗后A组在问卷表得分数明显高于B组（P〈0.05）,A组总显效率为89.06%,B组总显效率为62.50%;且治疗后A组IIEF-5积分提高明显优于B组。结论水针治疗勃起功能障碍,可明显提高性功能障碍的治疗效果,延长针灸针感的持续时间,缩短治疗时间。

Water needle for the treatment of erectile dysfunction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of water needle on the treatment of erectile dysfunction（ED）. Meth- ods 98 ED patients were randomly divided into two groups：49 eases of water needle plus acupuncture needle and TCM group （group A） ,49 cases of acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine group （group B）. According to the international index of erectile function table 5, the scores were evaluated and recorded before and after treatment. Results 1 - 3 months after treatment questionnaire scores in group A were higher than those of group B（ P 〈 0.05）, and the total effective rate was 89.06% ;total effective rate of group B was 62.50% ;IIEF-5 score in group A after treatment was improved more signifi- cantly than that of group B. Conclusion Water needle can significantly improve the treatment of sexual dysfunction, prolong the duration of acupuncture needle feeling and shorten treatment time.
