| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨Her-2、P53和Ki-67在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义.方法 采用免疫组化EnVision法检测68例结直肠癌及40例癌旁黏膜组织中Her-2、P53、Ki-67蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系.结果 Her-2、P53及Ki-67蛋白在结直肠癌及癌旁黏膜组织中的过表达率分别为22.1%、50.0%、82.4%和2.5%、2.5%、25.0%,Her-2、P53及Ki-67过表达在结直肠癌和癌旁黏膜组织之间的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).在结直肠癌中,Her-2蛋白的过表达与结直肠癌发病年龄、民族有关(P＜0.05);P53与结直肠癌的发生部位、淋巴结转移数目有关(P＜0.05).结直肠癌中Her-2蛋白和P53、Ki-67蛋白的表达无显著关系(P＞0.05).结论 Her-2、P53及Ki-67蛋白可作为评价结直肠癌发生、发展的生物学指标,P53可作为筛选高危转移患者的有效指标. |
