脑血管疾病患者深部真菌医院感染现状调查

目的 调查脑血管疾病患者深部真菌医院感染现状，以制定有效的防治措施。方法 收集本院89例脑血管疾病患者的临床资料及真菌培养结果，加以统计和分析。结果 89例感染部位以下呼吸道为主（40．9％），泌尿道次之（31．2％），89例患者标本共培养出真菌89株，以白色假丝酵母菌占第1位（51．6％），热带假丝酵母菌占第2位（21．3％）。结论 本组病例发生真菌医院感染的病因与原发疾病、年龄、手术及免疫抑制剂和激素、抗代谢药物的使用、抗生素的使用及住院期间侵入性操作等危险因素密切相关。

Status of Hospital Deepfungus Infection in Patients with Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective To investigate current status of hospital deepfungus Infection in Patients with Cerebrovascular Disease. Methods The clinical data and fungus culture results of 89 Patients with Cerebrovascular Disease were collected and analyzed. Results Among 89 cases the infection occurred predominantly in lower respiratory tract(40.9%),and with urological tract being second(31.2%).Of 89 strains of fungus from 89 Patients,the first was Candida albicans(51.6%),the second was C.tropicalis(21.3%). Conclusions The causes of hospital deep fungus infection in Patients with Cerebrovascular Disease were highly associated with risk factors such as primary disease,age,operation and radiological therapy,the application of immune inhibitor,hormone,antimetanolism drugs and antibiotics,invasive operation,and so on.
