大肠癌组织中真核细胞起始因子4E的表达及其意义

目的探讨真核细胞起始因子4E(eIF4E)在大肠癌组织中的表达,eIF4E与大肠癌发生、发展、临床病理特征及预后间的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测60例大肠癌组织中eIF4E的表达情况,以癌旁正常组织和大肠腺瘤各20例作对照。结果大肠癌组织、癌旁正常组织和大肠腺瘤组织中eIF4E阳性表达率分别为91.7%、10%和90%,eIF4E阳性表达在不同性别、年龄、腺瘤史及肿瘤家族史患者间未见统计学意义,不同肿瘤部位、大小及分化程度、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移的eIF4E阳性表达差异也未见统计学意义(P>0.05),但肿瘤浸润深度不同eIF4E阳性表达不同(P<0.05)。结论大肠癌组织中存在着eIF4E蛋白高表达现象,eIF4E阳性表达与患者性别、年龄、腺瘤史、肿瘤家族史、病变部位、肿瘤大小、病理分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移无关,与浸润深度有关(P<0.05)。

Expression of eIF4E in Human Colorectal Cancer

Objective To study the expression of Eukaryotic Initiation Factor 4E(eIF4E)in human colorectal cancer and its relationship to clinical pathologic feature.Methods The express of eIF4E in 60 cases with colorectal cancer were examined by immunohistochemieal assay.The normal tissue of adjacent to cancer and large intestine adenomas (20 cases)were served as a contral group.Results The positive expression rates of eIF4E in the colorectal cancer tissues,the normal tissues of adjacent to cancer,and the large intestine adenoma tissues were 91.7%,10%,and 90% respectively.Compared colorectal cancer tissue with the normal tissue of adjacent to cancer,there was a signifi- cant difference(P<0.05);compared large intestine adenoma tissue with the normal tissue of adjacent to cancer, there was a significant difference(P<0.05);The positive expression was associated with invasiveness depth,but not related to patients' gender,age,profession,family history,location of cancer,tumor size,histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis and Dukes'stage.Conclusion eIF4E was over-expressed in colorectal cancer.
