| 摘 要： | 目的：筛选人牙胚cDNA文库，考察Hevin在牙齿发育过程中是否表达，方法：以Ｈevin的一段编码序列作为探讨筛选人牙胚cDNA文库，挑取阳性噬菌斑，将其转化为质粒ＤＮＡ，再通过限制性酶切和部分核苷酸序列分析的方法鉴定阳性克隆。结果：从人牙胚cDNA文库中筛选到一个阳性克隆，序列分析结果证实为Hevin的cDNA。结论：克隆到Hevin基因的部分cDNA序列，说明Hevin在牙胚发育过程中确有表达。 |

| Abstract: | AIM: To study the expression of Hevin gene during tooth development by screening human tooth germ cDNA library. METHODS: Human tooth germ cDNA library was screened by using part of Hevin coding sequence as the probe. Then the positive clone was analyzed via restriction endonucleases and DNA sequencing. RESULT: One positive clone was attained from human tooth germ cDNA library, and the sequencing results showed it to be Hevin. CONCLUSION: Hevin cDNA was cloned and its expression during the tooth development was verified. [ |
