| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨NumelockTMII多轴锁定解剖型钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用切开复位、多轴锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折21例,根据影像学检查结果及Sanders评分标准进行临床效果评定。结果:21例均获得随访,随访时间9～18个月,平均11.7个月。骨折愈合时间为7～18周,平均12.6周。术后2周及术后3、6个月的胫骨平台内翻角和胫骨平台后倾角度数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。术后6个月Sanders膝关节评定结果:优13例,良5例,优良率为85.71%。结论:应用NumelockTMⅡ多轴锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折可获得较理想的临床疗效。
