B型脑钠肽与无症状心肌缺血在2型糖尿病中的相关性研究

目的：心血管事件是2型糖尿病（DM）患者的主要致死原因,脑钠肽（BNP）可早期诊断心肌缺血。本研究通过探究血浆BNP浓度与早期2型DM的无症状心肌缺血（SMI）的关系,为早期诊断SMI提供简便、快速的方法,以期改善其预后。方法：共入组233例患者,进行体格检查、血浆BNP测定、行ECG、超声心动图和活动平板试验检查。根据活动平板试验结果分为正常组和异常组,比较两组血浆BNP浓度和SMI的关系。结果：异常组的BNP浓度显著高于正常组（P〈0.05）,多元线性回归分析结果示BNP是预测SMI的独立指标（P〈0.05）。结论：血浆BNP浓度可预测早期2型DM患者的SMI。因此,对于2型DM患者,应注意早期监测血浆BNP浓度。

Study on relationship between B-type natriuretic peptide and silent myocardial ischemia

Objective：Cardiac events are the death reason for the T2DM,natriuretic peptide（BNP） could early diagnose the myocardial ischemia（SMI）.To study on relationship between B-type natriuretic peptide and silent myocardial ischemia in this paper,in order to provide the simple,quick method and improve its prognosis.Methods：233 patients were enrolled in this study,BNP,ECG,echocardiography and exercise treadmill test were measured.Patients were divided into two groups according to exercise treadmill test： normal group and abnormal group.The relationship of B-type natriuretic peptide and silent myocardial ischemia were compared.Results：BNP was higher in patients in abnormal group than that of the normal group（P0.05）,and BNP was an independent predictor of an abnormal exercise treadmill test（P0.05）.Conclusion：BNP is of value in predicting silent myocardial ischemia depended on exercise treadmill test in patients with type 2 diabetes.It should be monitored the content of serum BNP.
