略论刘昉学术思想及其贡献

刘昉为宋代著名的儿科学家.所著<幼幼新书>40卷,设667门,计一百数十余万言,是中国古代儿科学中一部巨著.内容包括儿科总论、病源形色、胎教、调理、摄护、初生疾病、先天疾病、内科杂病.其学术贡献首次全面收集整理儿科文献不仅搜罗广博,而且对所征引儿科古籍文献进行了校注,并保存了大量古医籍佚文.构建儿科学学术体系.荟萃儿科学术精华不管是先贤古论,还是近世方论,甚至民间秘诀,凡是儿科的研究成果和临床试验,<幼幼新书>无不兼收并蓄,诸家并存.

Brief Discussion on LIU Fang's Academic Thought and Contribution

LIU Fang was famous pediatrist in Song dynasty.The new book of young-young was a large pediatrics writings on the China ancient times.There were forty volumes,six hundred and sixty-seven phylums and nearly one hundred million words in the book.The content of book concluded:general introduction of pediatrics,characteristic of disease sources,impringting,regulation,prevention and protection,initial diseases,congenital diseases and mixed diseases of internal medicine.His academic contribution conclude three aspects.At first,to first time overally collect and put in order pediatrics literatures.To check and comment the quoted classical medicine books of pediatrics and conerve considerable ancient lost-books.Second,to construct academic system of pediatrics.Third,to flourish and gather academic quintessence.The new book of young-young had collected and remained all kinds of research acinevement and clinical experiences of pediatrics which concluded ancient medicine books,recent formula books and private knacks,etc.
