邯郸市男男同性恋艾滋病知识态度行为调查

目的了解男男性同性恋（MSM）艾滋病防治知识掌握情况,高危行为方式,为在该人群中开展艾滋病预防控制工作提供依据。方法利用男男同性恋中的同伴教育者组织联谊会,进行问卷调查。结果调查对象中21-30岁年龄者占65.6%;56.3%的人曾与女性有过性交;26.8%第一次发生男男性行为的年龄在16-18岁,最小13岁。73.4%的调查者在过去的6个月中有过同性性行为,其中35.8%有过口交行为,68.8%有过肛交行为。艾滋病知识知晓率为60.4%。结论邯郸市男男同性恋者普遍存在感染艾滋病的高危行为。艾滋病知识知晓率不高。因此,需加强在该人群中的艾滋病防治知识宣传及行为干预工作,以阻止艾滋病从高危人群向一般人群扩散。

Survey on Knowledge, Attitude, and Behavior of MSM Toward AIDS in Handan

Objective To find out MSMs'(men who have sex with men) knowledge on AIDS control and their high risk behaviors,and to provide evidences for the control of AIDS among this population.Method Questionnaire investigation by holding sodality with accompanist educator selected from MSM was conducted. Results MSM subjects aged from 21 to 30 years accounted for 65.6%,56.3% of them had sex with women also,26.8% of them had sex with man for the first time at the age of 16 to 18,and the youngest being 13 years old.The subjects who underwent homosexual behavior in the last 6 months accounted for 73.4%,35.8% had oral sex and 68.8% had anal sex.The percentage of correct answer about knowledge on AIDS was 60.4%. Conclusions High risk behaviors exist among the MSM in Handan,however,the knowledge on AIDS is insufficient among them.For blocking the spread of AIDS from high risk population to common population,it is necessary to enhance the health education and implement behavior intervention among the MSMs.
