| 摘 要： | 目的：总结糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的临床护理方法及经验。方法：选取54例糖尿病肾病行维持型血液透析患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予强化动静脉瘘护理干预,观察两组患者内瘘成熟时间及并发症发生率。结果：观察组内瘘成熟时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：严密的把控动静脉内瘘的启动时机,熟练的操作并严格按照无菌穿刺方法,在透析过程中密切观察并在结束时正确的按压血管,能够有效的保护患者的动静脉内瘘,促其早熟。

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis patients moving arteriovenous fistula of clinical care and experience.Methods： 54 patients with diabetic nephropathy to line maintenance hemodialysis patients for the study,were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received conventional treatment and care,strengthen arteriovenous fistula care intervention observation group on the basis of the control group,were observed fistula maturation time and the incidence of complications.Results： The fistula maturation time is shorter than the control group,the complication rate is lower than that of the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion： strict control of the start time of arteriovenous fistula,skilled operators,and in strict accordance with the sterile puncture method,the dialysis process closely observed and at the end of the press vascular,capable of effective protection in patients with arteriovenous fistula promote its precocious. |
