冠心病运动前后血液流变学指标变化的研究

摘    要:
本文观察了38例冠心病患者运动前后血液流变学习指标的变化,并与30例正常人进行对照,结果表明:冠心病组在运动前后血液流变学指标改变具有高度显著性,特别是全血比粘度和纤维蛋白原.而对照组运动前后血液流变学指标改变无显著性。两组间运动前血液流变学指标差异无显著性,运动后的差异具有显著性.提示运动前后测定血液流变学指标有助于冠心病的早期诊断.

Abstract:
Hemorheological changes were studied cn 38 patients with coronary heart disease, including 30 male .and 8 female by means of submaximal treadmill exercises for an early diagnosis of cronary heart disease Their average age was 52. Thirty healthy people were invited as control group. The results showed that only the high shear rate of the whole blood viscosity was significantly higher in patients than that in the control group before exercises (p<0. 05). The high shear rate and low shear rate of the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, packed cell volume and fibrinogen following exercise-tests were significantly different between the two groups (p<0. 05). Both the high and low shear rates of the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte electrophoresis time and fibrinogen were signif-icantly higher (p<0. 05) and the erythrocyte electrophoresis rate was significantly lower (p<0. 05) following exercise-test than those before the test in patients with coronary heart disease. There is no marked change in hemorheological index in the control group pre-and post-exercise tests. The results indicate that probably there has been some existing factor which makes the blood viscosity high-er than that before clinical symptoms of coronary artery damage, and the treadmill exercise tests can induce the enhancement of blood viscosty in patients with coronary heart disease. Treadmill exercise test is helpful for an early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
