摘    要:
目的:探索在分子水平上对降香药材进行鉴别的方法。方法:从降香药材中提取基因组DNA,运用RAPD(随机扩增多态性DNA)技术对其进行鉴别。结果:同一引物扩增不同地区的独活基因组DNA,产生相同的扩增条带,与易混淆品山油柑的扩增结果存在明显差异。结论:该方法可用于对降香药材的鉴别。

Abstract:
Objective:Search after method to differentiate Dalbergia odorifera T.chen on the numerator level.Methods:The genome DNA was distilled from Dalbergia odorifera T.chen,and differentiate it by RAPD(the randomamplification polymorphism DNA).Results:The genome DNA of Dalbergia odorifera T.chen in different place of production has the same amplification cingulum by the same primer,there was evident difference in ampliative result of confusion goods Acronychia pedunculata(L.)Miq..Conclusion:The method is feasible ...
