| 摘 要： | 本实验观察了胎肝细胞腹腔移植对肝硬化大鼠肝部分切除术后的肝再生及代谢变化的影响,发现肝硬化大鼠较正常鼠肝部分切除术后肝衰死亡率增加,肝再生及血浆白蛋白的恢复延迟。胎肝细胞腹腔移植可加快其恢复过程,对减少肝切后的肝衰死亡具有一定的作用。移植的肝细胞同时可引起机体的排斥反应,短期内即破坏消失。 |

| Abstract: | Experiments were performed in normal and cirrhotic rats to study the consequences of partial hepatectomy (PH ) and the effects of intraperitoneal fetal liver cell ( FLC ) transplantation on liver regeneration in cirrhotic rats after PH. It was found that the postoperative death rate was higher, the regeneration of liver cells and the restoration of serum albumin level were slower in the cirrhotic rats than in the normal. And these differences were significantly diminished by FLC transplantation. It was also found that the transplant-ed FLCs were quickly rejected, suggesting that the beneficial effects are not dependent on the survival of FLCs. |
