五味子糖浆中五味子醇甲含量测定

摘    要:
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定五味子糖浆中五味子醇甲含量的方法。方法:采用Kroma-silC18反相色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(体积比60∶40);流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:250nm。结果:五味子醇甲在0.164μg~0.656μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),回归方程为:Y=0.000000395X+0.023080996。五味子醇甲平均回收率为100.32%(RSD=1.85%)。结论:本法简便、准确,可用于五味子糖浆中五味子醇甲的含量测定。

Abstract:
Objective:To establish the determination method of schizandrin in wuweizi syrup with RP-HPLC. Metheds:The samples were analyzed on a Kromasil C18 column (5 μm,4. 6mm × 250mm) using formaldehyde -water(60∶ 40,V/V) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0mL.min -1,250nm as the detection wave-length. Results:Syringin showed good relationship at the range of 0. 164μg ~ 0. 656μg(r = 0. 9997). The average recovery of syringin was100. 32% and RSD = 1. 85%. Conclusions:The method was simple,convenient and accurate,and can be used for content determination of syringin and syringaresinol in wujiashen Granule.
