Botulinum Toxin and its Clinical Use |

| Abstract: | おased on the structure, function(pharmacological activity) and properties of bolinum toxin, this review describes briefly the preparation, test, preservation and quality specification of botulinum toxin products for therapeutics, and summarizes its clinical application at home and abroad, in order to provide a theoretical basis and pratical experience to clinic. It also points out some problems on culturing, purification, preservation and application of bolinum toxin and the focus for further study. All these will make the clinical use of botulinum toxin gradually to perfection. |
