新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的MRI诊断研究

目的探讨MRI对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的诊断价值。方法回顾分析336例MRI检查的缺血缺氧性脑病的患儿的影像表现，比较不同MRI系列扫描的影像表现。结果无异常表现23例，轻度104例，中度127例，重度82例。新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病累及部位广泛，MRI表现可以多样化。结论TlwI诊断缺氧缺血性脑病具有重要价值，T2WI系列作为常规扫描进行参考，DWI在诊断缺氧缺血性脑病的程度上具有重要价值。

Study of MRI in diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods The imaging findings were retrospectively analyzed in encepha]opathy hypoxic ischemic MRI examination of 336 cases of children, comparing with the imaging performance of different MRI scan- ning. Results No abnormalities were found in 23 patients, 104 mild cases, 127 moderate cases, 82 severe cases. Neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in wide positions, MRI performance can vary. Conclusion T1WI diagnosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy has important value, T2WI series as a routine scan for reference and DWI has important value in the diagnosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy extent.
