医古文课程导入古代医案教学法研究

摘    要:目的:研究古代医案导入《医古文》课程的教育模式。方法将本校2012级中医类专业本科学生按班级分为实验班125人(导入古代医案)和普通班97人,通过教学过程评价、问卷调查及成绩考核等对其进行综合评价。结果①教学过程评价:实验班课堂气氛活跃,上课注意力较集中,师生互动好,课后师生交流比例高(实验班67%,普通班23%)。②问卷调查结果显示:实验班在学习兴趣(78%)、学习的主动性(42%)、对专业的热爱(48%)和阅读古籍的方法(47%)等方面与普通班相比(60%、28%、27%、26%)有显著差异(P 〈0.05)。③成绩考核(平均成绩):平时成绩、期中考试、期末考试:实验班分别为95.5、66、82.5;普通班为82、58、71,两者相比有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论医古文课程导入古代医案的教学法有助于提高学习兴趣,增加对专业的热爱,可促进学习的主动性,提高阅读技能。

Abstract:Objective Researching of the teaching mode of Chinese ancient medical records were introducted to course of The classical literature of traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods The 2012 categories of Chinese medicine undergraduate students according to the class divided into 125 experiment class and common class 97. Through the teaching process evaluation , questionnaire survey and assess-ment of its comprehensive evaluation. Results ①aching evaluation: the experimental class active classroom atmosphere, the class more concentrated attention, the interaction between teachers and students. After the high proportion of the communication between teachers and students; ②Survey results show: The experimental class in the interest in learning , learning initiative , love for the profession and reading ancient books method with regular class was significant ( P 〈0.05) ; ③Performance appraisal (grade point average) :The usual results, the mid-term exam, the final exam: The experimental class were 95.5, 66, 82.5; The ordinary class is 82, 58, 71. There is signifi-cant difference between the two compared (P 〈0.05) .Conclusion Method of teaching the Chinese ancient medical course introduc-tion Chinese ancient medical records is helpful to improve the interest of learning, Add love to professional, Can promote the learning initiative, improve reading skills.
