| 摘 要： | 将沙日毛都 - 8散剂制成喷雾剂 ,用于家兔皮肤 ,同时做空白对照 ,测定其喷雾剂对家兔皮肤的急性毒性、长期毒性试验。结果表明给药组和空白对照组对家兔的体重增长、脏器系数 (g/ml)、血液常规、生化指标等项的测定均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。说明沙日毛都 - 8喷雾剂用于家兔皮肤无毒安全。 |

| Abstract: | ShaRMaoDu-8 atomizer was made from its powder.We tested it in complete skin and damaging skin of rabbits as well control group,at the same tinme we studied its acute toxicity and long-term toxicity experimens,etc.The results showed no significant statistical difference between each tested group and the control group in the parameters of weight-growth,visceral coefficient and specific blood and biochemical index signs (p>0.05).Conclusion:SHaRMaoDu-8 atomizer has no toxicity to skin of rabbits. |
