盐酸曲唑酮治疗曲马朵滥用伴情绪障碍者的疗效及安全性分析

目的:探讨盐酸曲唑酮治疗曲马朵滥用伴情绪障碍者的疗效及不良反应。方法:对82例符合《中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准》第三版(CCMD-3)诊断为曲马朵滥用伴情绪障碍的患者,随机分为两组:试验组42例,对照组40例。试验组用盐酸曲唑酮片(最大剂量≤400mg.d-1),对照组用氯硝西泮片(最大剂量≤4mg.d-1)治疗21d。采用《汉密顿焦虑量表》(HAMA)、《汉密顿抑郁量表》(HAMD)、《大体功能评定量表》(GAS)和《副反应量表》(TESS)评定患者的焦虑抑郁情绪、疗效和不良反应。结果:试验组总有效率为88.1%,对照组为42.5%。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。两组副反应发生率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸曲唑酮能有效改善曲马朵滥用者伴有的焦虑抑郁情绪,疗效显著,不良反应轻微,安全性好。

EFFICACY OF TRAZODONE HYDROCHLORIDE FOR THE TREATMENT OF TRAMADOL ABUSERS WITH EMOTIONAL DISORDERS

Objective:To explore the efficacy and adverse drug effects of trazodone hydrochoride for the treatment of tramadol abusers with emotional disorders. Methods:Eighty two cases diagnosed with CCMD-3 criteria as tramadol abuse with emotional disorders were randomly divided into trial group(n=42)and control group (n=40). The two groups were treated, respectively with trazodone hydrochloride or clonazepam for 21 days. The largest doses of trazodone hydrochloride and clonazepam were ≤400 mg·d-1 and ≤4 mg·d-1, respectively. The efficacy was assessed with Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Global Assessment Scale (GAS), and the adverse drug effects were assessed with Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS). Results:The effective rates of the trial group and control group were 88.1% and 42.5%, respectively, which showed significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). There was no remarkable difference in adverse effects between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Trazodone hydrochloride is effective and safe in the treatment of tramadol abusers with emotional disorders.
