| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高血压脑出血的外科治疗方法 及相关性问题.方法 回顾性分析56例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料,分析手术时机、手术适应证及手术方案对治疗效果的影响.结果 56例高血压脑出血患者中治愈51例,死亡5例,占8.9%.结论 高血压脑出血外科手术效果良好,明确诊断,掌握手术适应证、手术时机,尤其超早期手术效果明显.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the methods and related problems of surgical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Clinical data were rltrospectivly analyzed.The influences of some factors of surgical treatment,such as timing,indication and proposal were analyzed.Results Fifty-one cases were cured and five cases died among all of fifty-six patients by surgical treatment.Conclusion Surgical treatment is good for hypertension intracerebral hemorrhage.But we should make definite diagnosis,grasp s... |
