| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾结核超声诊断与分型及其临床价值。方法回顾分析我院资料完整的52例肾结核患者的超声声像图特点。结果超声诊断肾结核的符合率为86.5%（45/52）。Ⅰ积水型5例;Ⅱ囊肿型10例;Ⅲ积脓型12例;Ⅳ混合型17例;Ⅴ萎缩型5例;Ⅵ钙化型3例。结论超声检查具有简便、无创、价廉等优点,对肾结核诊断与分型有较高的临床运用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the ultrasonic diagnosis ,the classification and the ehnlcal value of renal tuberculosls. Methods The ultrasonic charaleristie of total 52 cases suffering with renal TB in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively. Results The coincidence rate of the ultrasound diagnosis of renal tuberculosis was 86. 5% （45/52） ;Type Ⅰ, hydronephrosis type was 5 cases;Type Ⅱ,cystic type was 10 cases;Type Ⅲ empyemate type was 12 cases;Type Ⅳ ,mixed type was 17 cases;Type Ⅴ, alrophic type was 5 cases ; Type Ⅵ, calcification type was 3 cases. Conclusion Ultrasound is a simple, non-invasive, lowcost way and it has more clinic value to diagnosis and classification of renal tuberculosis. |
