儿童青少年精神分裂症与血清甲状腺激素水平的相关性分析

摘    要:
目的 探讨儿童青少年精神分裂症与血清甲状腺激素水平的相关性。方法 采用病例-对照的研究方法。选取西安市精神卫生中心少儿心理科2015年9月~2017年7月的86例精神分裂症患者作为病例组,并将病例组患者分为儿童组和少年组。选取第四军医大学口腔医院50例健康体检者作为对照组。采用化学发光法检测两组的血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)和游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平,并用阳性和阴性症状量表(positive and negative symptoms scale,PANSS)对病例组患者进行评定。结果 ①病例组的T3,T4,FT3和FT4均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=4,4.751,8.754,2.573,均P<0.05)。②病例组患者的阴性症状评分(N)与T3呈负相关(r=-0.382,P=0.017)。③儿童组和少年组患者TSH,T3,T4,FT3和FT4比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.248,1.500,0.574,1.477,0.649,均P>0.05)。结论 儿童青少年精神分裂症患者的T3,T4,FT3和FT4值偏低,且阴性症状与T3呈负相关。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the correlation between children and adolescents with schizophrenia and serum thyroid hormones.Methods Case-control method was used.86 patients with schizophrenics in the Department of Children and Adolescent Psychology in Xi'an Mental Health Center from September 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the case group,and the patients were divided into children group and adolescents group.50 healthy children and adolescents from the school of stomatology the fourth military medical university were selected as the control group.The serum thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH),triodothyronine(T3),thyroxine(T4),free triodothyronine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4)levels were measured using chemiluminescent immunoassay,and the patients of the case group were assessed by Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS).Results ①Compared with control group,the case group patients showed significant lower levels of T3,T4,FT3and FT4(t=4.6,4.751,8.754 and 2.573,all P<0.05),②The negative symptoms of patients in the case group were negatively correlated with T3(r=-0.382,P=0.017).③There were no significant differences in TSH,T3,T4,FT3 and FT4 between children and adolescents(t=0.248,1.5,0.574,1.477 and 0.649,all P>0.05).Conclusion Children andadolescents with schizophrenia had lower value of T3,T4,FT3 and FT4.The negative symptoms were negatively correlated with T3.
