胃超声造影剂在ESWL治疗胆总管结石中的应用研究

目的 :探讨服用胃超声造影剂对体外冲击波碎石术治疗胆总管结石的影响。方法 :随机选择胆总管结石患者 32例为治疗组 ,在进行体外冲击波碎石治疗前 ,口服胃超声造影剂。对照组 32例 ,不使用超声造影剂 ,直接进行体外冲击波碎石治疗。结果 :治疗组与对照组超声定位成功率分别为 92 .0 5 % ,72 .5 % ,治愈率分别为 5 6 .2 5 % ,37.5 % ,总有效率分别为87.5 % ,5 6 .2 5 % ,两组比较有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 :体外冲击波碎石术治疗胆总管结石前口服胃超声造影剂能提高超声定位成功率 ,并明显增强疗效。

Research of applying gastric ultrasonic developer in treating choledocholithiasis with ESWL

Objective: It is to study the effect of taking gastric ultrasonic developer during treating choledocholithiasis with ESWL. Methods: Thirty two cases were chosen randomly from the patients with choledocholithiasis as treated group and were taken gastric ultrasonic developer before ESWL. Thirty two cases were chosen randomly from as the same as above as compared group and were not taken gastric ultrasonic developer and directly accepted ESWL. Results: The successful rate of ultrasonic orientation of the treated group was 92.05% and that of the compared group was 72.5%. The cured rates were respectively 56.25% and 37.5%. The total effective rates were respectively 87.5% and 56.25%. The contrast between the two groups had a remarkable difference( P <0.01). Conclusion: Taking gastric ultrasonic developer before the treatment of choledocholithiasis with ESWL can increase the successful rate of ultrasonic orientation and improve the curative effect markedly.
