| 闭合复位加压空心螺纹钉治疗复杂肱骨近端骨折的疗效分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的评价闭合复位加压空心螺纹钉治疗复杂肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法2003年6月～2007年2月收治30例3、4部分肱骨近端骨折患者,闭合复位加压空心螺纹钉内固定治疗,采用Neer骨折分类及评分标准进行手术疔效的评价。结果所有病例均得到随访,闭合复位加压空心螺纹钉治疗复杂肱骨近端骨折优良率达88.9%。结论闭合复位加压空心螺纹钉是治疗复杂肱骨近端骨折的一种微创、简单、有效的方法。 |
