光敏纳米脂质体制备及其特性研究

摘    要:
目的制备聚丁二炔光敏纳米脂质体并对其特性进行研究。方法采用反相蒸发法制备聚丁二炔纳米脂质体。原子力显微镜观察脂质体形态,激光粒度分析仪测定脂质体粒径与表面电位。结果制备的光敏纳米脂质体形状规则,平均粒径(78.3±1.4)nm。结论采用反相蒸发法制备的聚丁二炔纳米脂质体,达到设计要求。

Abstract:
[Objective] To prepare photoallergic nano-liposeme containing polydiacetylene and to study its characteristics. [Methods] The liposome is prepared by reverse phase evaporation. Its morphous is observed by atomic force microscope, and its grain size and surface potential are determined. [Results] The figure of photoallergic nano-liposeme appears regulated and its nmean diameter is (78.3±1.4) nm. The nano-fiposome can be conserved over 18 months under 4℃. [ Conclusion] The photoallergie nano-liposome prepared by reverse phase evaporation achieves request of design.
