左半结肠肿瘤并急性肠梗阻术中肠道灌洗的临床应用

目的:探讨术中肠道灌洗配合一期切除吻合应用于左半结肠肿瘤并急性肠梗阻的可行性。方法:对38例左半结肠肿瘤并急性肠梗阻者行术中肠道灌洗。结果:本组38例患者中,1例因高龄、术前存在糖尿病、肺心病等基础疾病而死亡;1例因术后吻合口水肿狭窄而行造瘘术;2例术后出现轻度切口感染;余34例患者均顺利度过术后恢复期。结论:术前合理评估患者病情,术中充分肠道灌洗及合理应用抗生素,有利于一期吻合的实施并可显著避免术后吻合口瘘等并发症的发生。

The study of intraoperative irrigation for the treatment of left colonic tumor with acute obstruction

Objective With the assistance of intraoperative irrigation, to investigate the feasibility of primary anastomosis for the treatment of left colonic tumor with acute obstruction. Methods Analyze 38 cases with acute obstructive left colonic tumor that had underwent intraoperative colonic irrigation and explain intraoperative colonic irrigation in detail. Conclusions Careful preoperative assessment, intraoperative irrigation and adequate antibiotics, et al, are beneficial to the primary anastomosis and could prevent the happening of fistula and other complications.
