量化训练方法对全髋关节置换术患者护理依从性及康复效果的影响

目的探讨通过对髋关节手术患者量化术后训练的各项指标,提高患者术后训练的依从性,保证各项康复训练的效果,减轻术后的各项并发症,以尽快恢复患者术后生活自理能力。方法选择2011年1月—2012年8月在该院住院的髋关节置换手术患者90例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用术后量化训练的方法,并有专人监督执行,对照组采用常规康复锻炼的方法,并对两组病人康复训练的依从性和髋关节功能康复程度进行比较。结果实验组病人训练依从性明显好于对照组,髋关节功能恢复程度明显好于对照组。结论采用术后量化训练方法能督促病人尽早的进行康复训练,最大限度地恢复髋关节功能,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of Quantitative Training Methods on Total Hip Replacement Patients Nursing Compliance and Rehabilitation Effect

Objective To hip operation in patients with postoperative training quantitative indicators, improve patients＂ postoperative training compliance, and ensure the effect of rehabilitation training, reduce the complications after operation, so as to restore the self-care ability of patients after operation. Methods 2010 January to 2011 August method selection in our hospital 90 cases of patients with hip replacement operation, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group used postoperative quantification method of training, and have special supervision of the implementation, the control group with routine rehabilitation training methods, and the two group of rehabilitation training on patients compliance and the function of hip joint rehabilitation degree were compared. Results The patients in the experimental group training compliance is obviously bet- ter than the control group, the hip joint function recovery was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The postoper- ative quantification training method can urge patients early rehabilitation training, to maximize the recovery of hip joint function, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
