应用锁定钢板治疗胫骨近端骨折探讨

目的探讨应用锁定钢板治疗胫骨近端骨折的方法及治疗效果。方法采用小切口切开暴露骨折,合并胫骨平台骨折时暴露探查膝关节,胫骨关节面平整后,复位骨折,复位满意再由X线透视检查确认骨折复位情况,然后由骨膜外向远端剥离,不做骨膜剥离,放置并固定锁定钢板及螺钉。结果所有病例全部获得随访,随访时间8～20个月,所有骨折均二期愈合,无骨折不愈合的发生,术后膝关节功能良好。结论对于胫骨近端骨折,尤其是合并骨质疏松的患者,应用锁定钢板进行内固定,骨折愈合几率高,术后膝关节功能恢复良好,是比较好的适应症。

Application of Locking Plate in Treatment of Proximal Tibial Fracture Explore

Objective To study the method of locking plate in treatment of proximal tibial fractures and treatment effect. Methods With small incision exposed fractures, exposed probes when combined with tibial plateau fracture of knee joint, tibial articular sur- face after the formation, reduction of fracture, satisfactory reduction by x-ray fluoroscopy confirmed fracture reduction, then by the periosteum outward distal splits, not done periosteal stripping, placing and fixing the lock plate and screws. Results Full follow-up of all cases, follow-up 8-20 months, all were second-stage healing of fracture, occur without fracture does not heal, good postop- erative knee joint function. Conclusion Tibial fractures, especially patients with osteoporosis, the application of locking plate internal fixation, fracture healing rate is high, the postoperative knee function recovered well, is a good indication.
