2000年全国大骨节病病情监测报告

目的　监测 2 0 0 0年全国大骨节病病情。方法　在病区省、自治区各选 1～ 2个最重病区点 ,每个点拍照 10 0名 7～ 12岁儿童右手 X光片 ,上报 ,集体读片确认患病水平。结果　东部 6省 :黑龙江、吉林、河北、河南、山西、山东 X线检出率低于 3% ,达到了控制水平。西部 6省、区 (西藏、青海、甘肃、陕西、四川、内蒙古 ) ,检出率仍然很高 ,14点中 8个超过 2 0 % ,最高的达到 46 .5 % (青海 ) ,表明病情仍然活跃而严重。结论　今后防治重点应放在西部 ,结合西部大开发计划中的“种树种草、以粮代赈”政策的落实 ,争取在不太久的时间内控制大骨节病

The monitoring report of KBD prevalence rate of all country in 2000 year

Objective To monitor KBD prevalence rate in all country 2000 year.Methods 1~2 severe ndemic points are selected from every one of endemic provinces,and in each one of them 100 children aged 7~12 year are tested with X-ray,and all films are collected and read by a specialist group on the summarizing meeting.Results In the east part of endemic region:Heilongjiang,Jilin,Hebei,Henan,Shanxi,Shandong provinces,the positive rate are very low,in all 10 points no one more than 3%.But in the west part:Neimenggu,Sichunan,Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai and Xizang are still high yet,in 8 to all 14 points the rates are more than 20% and the highest one is 46.5%.Conclusions The focal point in the KBD prevention there after must be sited on the west part and connecting it tightly to the great developing program in west part of our country.
