曲美布汀联合双歧四联活菌治疗肠易激综合征疗效观察

目的观察曲美布汀联用双歧四联活茵对肠易激综合征的疗效。方法62例患者随机分成两组。治疗组（30例）应用双歧四联活菌1．5g，口服，3次／d；曲美布汀0．2g，口服，3次／d。对照组（32例）单用曲美布汀0．2g，口服，3次／d。两组疗程均为4周。结果治疗组有效率为93．3％，对照组有效率为71．9％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论曲关布汀联合双歧四联活茵是治疗肠易激综合征的有效方法。

Efficacy of combination of bifidobacterium teravaccine tablets and trimebutine in treating irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To observe the effect of combination of bifidobacterium teravaccine tablets and trimebutine in treating irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. Methods Sixty -two patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group（30 patients） were given trimebutine 0.2 g, po, rid; bifidbacterium teravaecine tablets 1.5 g, po, tid. Control group（32 patients） were given trimebutine 0.2 g, po, rid. The course was four weeks. Results The curative effect in treatment group was 93.3% , while that in control group was 71.9 %. The therapeutic effect of treatment group was better than that of control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Trimebutine combined with bifidbaeterium teravaccine tablets is effective in the treatment of IBS.
