阿托伐他汀钙与阿司匹林联用对原发性高血压病患者血栓前状态的影响

目的观察阿托伐他汀钙、阿司匹林联用对原发性高血压病患者血栓前状态的影响。方法600例原发性高血压病患者均为血栓前状态分子标志物异常患者，在基础降压下将其随机分成两组。治疗组用阿托伐他汀钙（立普妥）10mg和阿司匹林0．1g，每日1次，口服；对照组用阿司匹林0．1g，每日1次，口服。治疗4周后监测全部患者的血栓前状态分子标志物的变化，并对两组患者进行疗效对比。结果治疗组患者治疗后的血栓前状态分子标志物的水平有显著下降（P〈0．05），对照组患者治疗后的血栓前状态分子标志物的水平有显著下降（P〈0．05）。但治疗组间治疗前后变化值与对照组间治疗前后的变化值更有显著下降（P〈0．05）。结论阿托伐他汀钙、阿司匹林联用对原发性高血压病患者血栓前状态的干预有显著疗效，优于单用阿司匹林。

Influences of lipitor - aspirin combination on prothrombotic state in patients with essential hyper- tension

Objective To investigate the effects of lipitor - aspirin combination on prothrombotic state in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Six hundred patients with abnormal molecular markers in prothrombotie state with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, under the condition of lowering blood pressure basically. The treatment group was given lipitor 10 mg and aspirin 0. 1 g once daily, while control group were given aspirin 0. 1 g once daffy. The changes of molecular markers in all patients had been monitored after treatment for 4 weeks. The effects of therapy in the two groups were compared. Results The changes of molecular markers before and after treatment in the treatment group were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and that in the control group were significantly decreased too （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The decrease of the levels of markers in the treatment group was much more than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The intervention of lipitor - aspirin combination on prothrombotic state in patients with essential hypertension has obtained obvious effect.
