| 摘 要： | 目的评价盐酸戊乙奎醚作为儿童支气管镜检查术前用药的有效性与安全性。方法本研究采用随机双盲平行对照观察。98例患儿随机分为3组，术前分别肌注阿托品、盐酸戊乙奎醚和注射用水，测定注射后15min、30min唾液分泌量。用视觉模拟评分（VAS）方法测定口干程度，记录不良反应。结果给药30min后，阿托品组、盐酸戊乙奎醚组、注射用水组唾液分泌量分别较给药前变化（-16．88±17．72）、（-19．22±18．78）、（-2．66±16．69）mg。给药30min后，阿托品、盐酸戊乙奎醚和注射用水组HR分别较给药前变化（82．1±19．64）、（-5．72±9．89）和（-0．75±7．01）次／min。观察期间无严重不良反应。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚作为儿童支气管镜术前用药，可明显减少唾液分泌，无HR增快，无明显不良反应。 |
