| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨具有祛普活血开窍功效的中药复方脑Ⅱ号对急笥脑缺血性损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法：采用电镜技术及放射性核素示踪法等技术,从功能与结构方面进行研究。结果;脑脉Ⅱ号能减轻急性脑缺血大鼠大脑皮层组织结构的损伤程度,提高缺血脑组织的ＳＯＤ,ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ活性,并减少ＬＯＰ含量,能增加脑组织的＾３Ｈ－脱氧葡萄糖含量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value and mechanism of No.2 Nao mai Co.in protecting cerebral damages caused by the acute cerebral ischmia.Method:By using electron microscopy and radionuclide tracing techniques,the cerebral structures and functions were studied.Result:No.2 Nao mai Co.was proved to be effective in lowering the cerebral damages caused by the acute ischmia,raising the levels of SOD,GSH Px and reducing the LPO concentration.It also played a role in raising the concentration of 3H deoxyglucose.Conclusion:No.2 Nao mai Co.could protect the ischmeic cerebral damages whose mechanism might be related to its anti free radicals delaying the energy exhaustion. |
