| 摘 要： | 通过抽取新疆某大型三甲医院553份出院病历,对病历中医疗服务价格的执行情况进行分析,发现医院仍存在医嘱录入不完整、漏收、重复收费以及套用项目收费等现象,并在此基础上提出对策及建议,加强医院物价审核、监督管理,实践“一切以病人为中心”,努力构建和谐医患关系。
