川乌、附子、半夏、天南星炮制方法及用量商榷

目的:改进川乌、附子、半夏、天南星的炮制方法,增强其疗效。方法:在尊重原炮制方法核心部分的基础上加以改进,减化炮制程序。结果:采用改进后的炮制方法同样能达到减毒增效目的;患者使用时不需要先煎、久煎,减少了有效成分的损失。结论:改进后的炮制方法既方便了患者,又提高了疗效。

Discussion on Preparation of Radix Cyathulae,Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Rhizoma Pinelliae and Rhizoma Arisaematis

OBJECTIVE:To improve the process for preparation of Radix Cyathulae,Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Rhizoma Pinelliae and Rhizoma Arisaematis for the purpose of enhancing their curative efficacy.METHODS:Based on the core principle of the conventional preparation method,an improvement was made on the preparation of the four formulae through reduction of the preparation processes.RESULTS:The preparations thus processed have same toxicity-lowering and effect-enhancing functions,in addition to reducing losses of the effective compositions through avoidance of long-time decoction and pre-decoction.CONCLUSION:The improved process method not only facilitates the use of patients but also enhances the curative effects.
