利多卡因对急性心肌梗塞并室性心律失常的疗效观察

目的为观察利多卡因在治疗急性心肌梗塞(AMI)后室性心律失常的疗效。方法作者对96例AMI患者进行了临床研究,观察对象随机分成两组,其中,49例给予预防性使用利多卡因,47例未使用利多卡因。观察其对AMI的疗效及患者的转归、预后。结果AMI并发室性早搏与否,在室颤发生率、患者病死率、休克发生率、心衰发生率上无明显差异性(P>005),是否预防性使用利多卡因在室颤发生率上无明显差异性(P>005)。结论预防性使用利多卡因并不能降低AMI后室颤的发生率,也不能明显降低AMI患者的死亡率、休克发生率及心衰发生率。

The Curative Effects of Lidocaine on Patients with AMI and Ventricular Arrhythmia

Objective: To observe the effects of lidocaine on patients of AMI and combining ventricular arrhythmia. Methods: 96 patients with AMI were enrolled for this clinical study. They were divided into two groups randomly. There were 49 patients in one group who took lidcaine as a method of preventive .The other group, 47 patients, didn't use it. Then the curative effects of lidocaine on these patients of AMI were observed. Results: Whether or not the patients of AMI got premature ventricular beats, there was on apparent difference in the incidence of ventricular fibrillation, the mortality, the incidence of shock and heart failure (p>0.05). Further, whether or not patients took lidocaine for prevention, there was also no great diversity in the incidence of ventricular fibrillation ( P >0.05). Conclusions: Taking lidocaine for prevention neither can reduce the incidence of ventricular fibrillation after AMI, nor can reduce the mortality the incidence of shock and the incidence of heart failure in patients with AMI greatly.
