摘    要:目的探索茶枯饼中茶皂素苷元的提取工艺。方法通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究了提取工艺对茶皂素苷元提取率的影响。结果在不同的水解条件下,提取率不同。确定了最佳提取工艺参数:液料比为20:1(m L:g),含2.0 mol·L-1硫酸的70%乙醇溶液,在100℃水浴中加热回流,提取5 h,茶皂素苷元平均得率为10.80%。结论该方法简便,可行,茶皂素苷元得率较高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the extraction technology of tea saponin aglycone from tea oil cakes. MethodsThe effective factors on the yield of tea saponin aglycone were evaluated with single factor and orthogonal test to determine the optimum extraction. Results The extraction rate was different under different hydrolysis conditions. The optimum conditions were as follows: the ratio of liquid to solid was 20 :1(mL :g), heated to reflux at 100 ℃ for 5 h in 70% ethanol with 2.0 mol·L^- 1 sulfuric acid, and the average yield of tea saponin aglycone was 10.80%. ConclusionThe method is simple and practical with high yield of tea saponin aglycone.
