长毛三脉紫菀萜类成分的提取及抑菌活性

摘    要:目的研究长毛三脉紫菀的化学成分及抑菌活性。方法采用柱层析对长毛三脉紫菀中的提取物进行分离提纯,并利用现代波谱方法分析鉴定,确定化合物的结构并进行抑菌实验。结果从该植物中分离出6个萜类化合物,它们的结构分别鉴定为:2β,3β,16α-三羟基-23α-醛基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(1),2β,3β-二羟基-16-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖基-23α-醛基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(2),(-)-Angelicoideno-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),(-)-Angelicoidenol-2-O-β-D-Apio-furanosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),木栓酮(5)和木栓醇(6),其中化合物3和4有较好的抑菌活性。结论本研究为长毛三脉紫菀的进一步研发奠定了实验基础。

Abstract:Objective To study chemical constituents of Aster ageratoides var.polosus and antibacterial activity.Methods The terpenoid constituents extract from Aster ageratoides var.polosus were isolated by column chromatography,and were identified by spectrum method,the structure of compounds were determined and antibacterial tests were carried out.Results Six compounds were isolated from this plant and the structure of compounds were established:2β,3β,16α-trihydroxyl-23α-formyl-12-en-28-oic acid(1),2β,3β-dihydroxyl-16-O-β-gluco-pyranose-23α-formyl-12-en-28-oic acid(2),(-)-Angelicoideno-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),(-)-Angeli-coidenol-2-O-β-D-Apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),friedelin(5) and friedelinol(6),compound 3 and 4 had a certain degree of antibacterial activity.Conclusion This study provides the experimental foundation for the further research of Aster ageratoides var.polosus.
