| 摘 要： | 肝细胞癌(HCC)的早期诊断是其治疗的关键,HCC血清标志物的检测为其诊断提供了有利的方法,并且操作简单,敏感性高、特异性强。目前常用的血清标志物为AFP、AFPvariants、AFPmRNA、AFU、GGT、DCP、AIF、GPC3等。这些标志物的联合使用有助于HCC的诊断及预后判断。

| Abstract: | Early diagnosis of HCC is the key for its cure.The detection of HCC serum markers provide a promising way for the diagnosis of HCC, and the detection is easy , sensitive and specific. At present, the usual HCC serum markers are the AFP,AFP variants,AFP mRNA,AFU,GGT,DCP, AIF,GPC3 and so on. Using these makers are favorable for the HCC early diagnosis and prediction. |
