抑郁症与精神分裂症患者心率变异性的对照分析

目的探讨抑郁症与精神分裂症患者的心率变异性（HRV）的差异。方法对36例首次发作的抑郁症患者及年龄、性别与之相匹配的41例首次发作的精神分裂症患者分别进行短时程HRV检测,并对其心率变异指标SDNN、MSD、rMSSD、PNN50、LF、HF、LF/HF结果进行分析。结果抑郁症患者的时阈指标rMSSD（P〈0.05）、PNN50（P〈0.01）较精神分裂症显著降低,而两者之间的频阈分析指标无明显差异。结论抑郁症患者的自主神经功能失调较精神分裂症患者更严重。

A comparison of heart rate variability between major depressive disorder and schizophrenia

Objective To explore the difference of heart rate variability(HRV)between major depressive disorder and schizophrenia. Method Short-time HRV were measured in 36 acute major dpressive disorders and 41 acute schizophrenias with first attack,then evaluated the difference of SDNN,MSD,rMSSD,SDSD,PNN50,LF,HF and LF/HF. Result There were a significant difference between major depressive disorders and schizophrenias in rMSSD(P<0.05) and PNN50(P<0.01),no significant difference in others. Conclusion There is more severe of dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system in major depressive disorder than in schizophrenia.
